1. All shifts requested
must be at least 8 hours and no more than 12 hours in
length. For example, if you need 24 hour a day coverage,
that would be listed as (2) 12 hour shifts.
2. Housing your officers on your property (where available)
affords your company a lower hourly rate. This is also
beneficial in ensuring that your officer or officers
will not be late for their shifts due to traffic.
3. Hourly rates have not increased this year. If you
have not used our bike week services before, you would
need to call our office to determine your hourly rate
which is based on your location; business type; and
what you would need the staff to do for you.
4. All current clients are aware of this necessity,
but for others: Once you have submitted your request
for coverage, you will receive an invoice for the bike
week services requested. Due to payroll for this personnel,
it is necessary to have this invoice paid in full no
later than 10 days prior to the commencement of requested
services. This is not a "trust factor", but
a logistics factor. We have conducted bike weeks in
this fashion for the past ten years and have never had
an issue regarding clients and their money. If a shift
is not filled, it is refunded. I know that this may
be an odd request, but we have not remained in business
for ten years by stealing from our clients and we have
no intent of ruining our reputation either.
5. All bike week staff utilized will be required to
have someone on your property sign them in and out of
their specified shifts. They are instructed to NOT begin
work or accept any equipment until they are signed in.
They are fully aware that without that signature, they
are not being paid.
6. We are increasing the number of mobile supervisors
over last year. There will be 6-8 roving supervisors
at all times on the core dates of service. If there
is any problem regarding a site officer, just give us
a call and we will handle it. That is the purpose of
our supervisory staff. Company management will also
be also be available to you 24 hours a day - as always.
7. It is essential that you report any issues (officer
late, missed shift, charges to room, etc.) IMMEDIATELY
and not a week or so after the event is over. Please
do so by email or fax, providing the date / time and
issue so that we are able to correct the monetary end
of the issue. The only issue that we do not take responsibility
for are room charges. If you are housing your officers,
you need to treat them normal resort guests and take
some sort of deposit or credit card for charges such
as: room service; phone calls; movies; etc..
Please take a look at a sample schedule here. It is
important that it be completed in this fashion so that
we understand exactly what you need for each period.
When you are finished with the sample schedule, just
click on your "back button", then go to the
actual schedule. Once completed, the schedule can be
printed and faxed or emailed to us. |
