and give your check information to your Excalibur representative
(see below)
By Email:
you may follow the directions below for FAXING your check
if you intend to scan and email the image. Otherwise,
just send us an email with the following information from
your printed check:
(1) Name & full address as it appears on the check;
(2) the fractional number just above the date line in
our example; (3) the amount of the authorization; (4)
your bank name & branch city and state; (5) the check
identification numbers as they appear on the bottom of
your check with spaces between each grouping. For example,
on the illustration below, you would type your identification
numbers in the email like this: 123456789 1212121212 0101
After you type the information in the email body, type:
"I (insert your name)
AUTHORIZE EXCALIBUR FOR ONE TRANSACTION IN THE AMOUNT
OF "$xxxxxxx"
then press send.
By Fax:
simply fill out your check as you would normally and write
(check by phone) somewhere above the signature line. Make
a copy of the completed check, then fax the copy of the
check to 843-839-9401 to complete the transaction. |

WESTERN
UNION TRANSFER:
- Go to your local Western Union location (can be found
at www.westernunion.com) and select the "send money"
form.
- Send your payment to "MIKE LOWDER",
expected payout location is "MYRTLE
BEACH, SC"
- Complete other required SENDER
information on the form.
- Call your Excalibur representative with the MTCN (Money
Transaction Control Number) found in the upper
right corner of the paperwork you will receive when the
transaction is completed. You may email this number if
you prefer.
"Be aware that Western Union charges
you a percentage of the transaction amount for making
